Justin, Dana, and Jason are passionate about tackling tough challenges. Each of us brings our unique work histories but we share significant experience overlap in helping organizations leverage current and available assets to deliver maximum value.


Whether it's growth, determining a new direction, getting "unstuck," or preparing a business for succession or sale, we provide practical advice based on years of experience. We are open to working with companies and organizations of all stripes but especially enjoy working with companies in food, farming, and related technology fields.
